3. Custom orders

8. Limitation of liability

Returns for damaged items

  • To report damage, include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
  • We reserve the right to verify any claims of damage before processing a replacement.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Shipping damages

  • All items are carefully packaged, but in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, a claim needs to be filed with the shipping carrier.

Refunds
